The basic idea with this exercise is to always end up in strong positions.
A strong position is a position where you can attack your opponent directly, without doing a movement before the attack.

The basic idea withs strong positions is that you should block in a way that you are ready to attack directly after you finished the block. By working like this you are much faster in your counterattack.
